چکیده | ||
مقدمه: درقرن جدید اعتقاد براین است که مدیران برای کسب موفقیت در سازمانها نیازمند هوش هیبریدی هستند. بالا بودن هوش هیبریدی مدیران می تواند برروی تعهد سازمانی کارکنان تاثیرگذار باشد. لذا این مطالعه باهدف تعیین ارتباط هوش هیبریدی مدیران با تعهدسازمانی کارکنان ستادی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر ازنوع توصیفی - تحلیلی بود که درسال 97-1396 در واحدهای ستادی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شد. تعداد 112 نفر از مدیران سطوح ارشد و میانی بود که بصورت سرشماری و همچنین تعداد 181 نفر از کارکنان براساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان بعنوان نمونه پژوهش تعیین شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته هوش هیبریدی مشتمل بر 174 گویه و پرسشنامه تعهدسازمانی Allen و Mayer بود که روایی صوری و محتوی و پایایی آن به تائید رسید. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS، استفاده شد و نتایج توصیفی بصورت میانگین و انحراف معیار و نتایج تحلیلی با استفاده از آزمونهای استنباطی ارائه گردید. یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد هوش هیبریدی مدیران با امتیاز 651/91 در سطح مطلوب و تعهد سازمانی کارکنان با امتیاز 76/12 در سطح متوسط روبه بالا قرار دارد. بین هوش هیبریدی مدیران با بعد هنجاری تعهد سازمانی کارکنان همبستگی معنی داری مشاهده شد(0/005=P). با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون مشخص شد هوش هیبریدی مدیران بمیزان 97% برروی تعهد سازمانی کارکنان تاثیرگذار است. نتیجهگیری: انجام آزمون هوش هیبریدی در انتخاب و انتصاب مدیران و همچنین تقویت و توسعه آن ازطریق آموزشهای توانمندسازی می تواند به افزایش تعهدسازمانی کارکنان کمک نماید. | ||
