چکیده
فضا از اساسی‏ترین اجزا سکونتگاه‏های شهری است که تحولات پیچیده آن به‏عنوان چالشی دائمی موردتوجه علوم شهری می‏باشد، به‏گونه‏ای که کنترل و هدایت تحولات رخ‏داده در آن عمدتاً دشوار بوده و این موضوع با پیچیده‏تر شدن مسائل اجتماعی در دهه‏های اخیر و چندوجهی شدن پدیده‏های شهری، پررنگ‏تر شده است، فرآیندی که نیاز به تقویت رویکردهای قبلی و مجهز شدن آن‏ها به ابزارهای مضاعف از جنس ارزشی و هنجاری را نمایان ساخته و بستر تحول مفهومی رویکردهای موجود در عرصه فضا و برنامه‏ریزی را مهیا کرده است. از جمله توجه به تحولات فضایی از منظر رویکردهای سیاسی. درواقع شهرها و به‏ویژه کلان‏شهرها به‏واسطه تمرکز عوامل قدرت و ثروت، نقش بی‏بدیلی در تحولات دنیای معاصر دارند، به‏گونه‏ای که شهرها به‏واسطه تمرکز سرمایه - به‏ویژه در قالب سرمایه ثابت- به‏عنوان منبع مهمی برای جریان سود محسوب می‏شوند که این جریان از طریق نیروهای سیاسی و عمدتاً به نفع گروه‏های سرمایه‏دار محقق می‏شود؛ لذا بدیهی است کلان‏شهرهای تحت نظام نفتی با توجه به ویژگی‏های سیاسی خاص، اسلوب و ساختار فضایی - عملکردی متناظر وضعیت اقتصادی و سیاسی خود را تولید می‏کنند، بنابراین اکتشاف الگوی مناسبات اجتماعی- شهری در اقتصاد نفتی هدف این پژوهش است. به این منظور با بهره‏گیری از رویکرد انتقادی به تحلیل اسناد تاریخی موجود در حوزه اجتماعی-فضایی پرداخته شده است. نتایج این مطالعه نشانگر شکل‏گیری روابط نابرابر اجتماعی و مناسبات سوداگرانه اجتماعی در بستر نظام رانتی - نفتی رشد می‏کند و این نابرابری‏ها در ادامه و با گذر از صافی فضا، خود رادر کالبد و ساختار شهری نیز نمایان می‏نماید.
